Matt Baker

Being David's son, Matt has had a keen interest in Real Estate since a young age. This interest led him to purchase his first investment property in 2006 at just 20 years old. Now in his early 30’s Matt has gained the knowledge, experience and drive that it takes to be a top producer.  His yearly awards with the Baker Group speak for themselves.

Born and raised in Orangeville, Matt has deep roots in this community, particularly in local sports. He grew up playing 5 years of Junior A lacrosse with the Orangeville Northmen and 4 years of Junior C hockey with the Erin Shamrocks.  It’s safe to say that the meaning of “team” is embedded in his soul. 

Matt prides himself on going above and beyond.  This is why he has such a successful Real Estate career thus far and why he needs to be your first call when you’re ready to buy or sell your home.
